DELIVERY POLICY

We will endeavour to deliver your goods within the timeframe described below depending on the delivery method you have chosen. However, please note that these timeframes are approximate only as we use third party couriers or postal methods. Delivery timeframes may also vary depending on your location.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If your delivery is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund if relevant. If you wish us to re-send the package to you, you will be responsible for all postage costs.

1. Organic Earth PL uses Australia Registered Post.  If you wish to use your own courier we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods leave our warehouse.

2. Postage within Australia is FREE

3. All orders must be checked & lodged within 7 days of receipt & any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
